Welcome to Stiwart Breese Adventures. By booking a walk, guided adventure, event, or using our website, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a booking.

1. About Us

Stiwart Breese Adventures provides guided walking experiences, outdoor activities, and adventure services throughout the United Kingdom and other selected destinations.

These Terms apply to all bookings, website use, and participation in any activities organised by STIWART Breese Adventures.

2. Booking and Payments

• All bookings are subject to availability.
• A booking is only confirmed once payment or deposit has been received.
• Prices are listed in GBP (£) unless otherwise stated.
• We reserve the right to change prices at any time before a booking is confirmed.
• Full payment may be required before the activity date.

For private or custom adventures, separate payment schedules may apply.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

Customer Cancellations

• Cancellations made more than 14 days before the activity may receive a full refund.
• Cancellations made between 7–14 days before the activity will receive a 50% refund.
• Cancellations made within 7 days of the activity are non-refundable.

Our Cancellations

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule activities due to:

• Severe weather
• Safety concerns
• Insufficient participant numbers
• Circumstances beyond our control

Where possible, an alternative date or full refund will be offered.

4. Participant Responsibilities

By taking part in any activity, you confirm that:

• You are physically capable of participating.
• You will follow all instructions given by guides or staff.
• You will wear suitable clothing and footwear.
• You understand outdoor activities involve inherent risks.

Participants are responsible for informing us of any medical conditions, injuries, allergies, or other relevant health concerns before the activity begins.

5. Health and Safety

Safety is our priority. However, outdoor adventure activities may involve risks including:

• Uneven terrain
• Slippery surfaces
• Changes in weather
• Remote locations
• Physical exertion

Participation is at your own risk. STIWART Breese Adventures cannot accept responsibility for injury, loss, or damage unless caused by our proven negligence.

6. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
• We are not responsible for personal belongings lost, stolen, or damaged during activities.
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the booking.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence where such exclusion is unlawful.

7. Insurance

Participants are responsible for ensuring they have appropriate personal travel and activity insurance where necessary.

8. Weather Conditions

Activities will generally proceed in most weather conditions unless we determine it is unsafe to continue.

Please arrive prepared for changing weather conditions.

9. Photography and Media

We may take photographs or videos during activities for promotional use on our website and social media.

If you do not wish to appear in promotional material, please inform us before the activity begins.

10. Website Use

Users of our website agree not to:

• Misuse the website
• Attempt unauthorised access
• Upload harmful or malicious content
• Copy website content without permission

All website content, branding, logos, and materials remain the property of SthwartBreese Adventures unless otherwise stated.
